The Boonton 5231 series combines the Boonton technologies of RF Voltage and RF Power measurements in one instrument. The unit automatically senses the probe used to display power or voltage information. Existing Boonton power sensors and voltage probes can be used with this unit.

  • Frequency range 10 Khz to 100 GHz sensor dependent 
  • Over 200 readings per second in single channel mode 
  • GPIB or optional RS232 interfaces 
  • Automatic download of sensor calibration data 
  • Compatible with all existing Boonton diode and thermocouple sensors for frequencies from 10 kHz to 40 GHz 
  • HP 437B and HP 438B emulation
